Established in December 2014, the National Disability Mentoring Coalition (NDMC) is a program of Partners for Youth with Disabilities that brings together advocates, program workers, and self-advocates to advance disability mentoring across all spaces, including the workforce and society. As a coalition, NDMC is dedicated to increasing the awareness, quality, and impact of mentoring for individuals with disabilities nationwide.
